Full pallets are raised to a fixed working height and swept a layer at a time onto the discharge conveyor — empty tins and jars reach the filling line untouched.

A full pallet enters and is accurately positioned in the cell.

The pallet is raised to a fixed working height for the sweep.

The top layer is swept onto the downstream discharge conveyor.

Separator removed

The separator / tier sheet is removed and the next layer is indexed.

Repeat & discharge

The cycle repeats until empty; the pallet is lowered for removal.
