Carton Elevator
Straight up, level to level.
A single lifting column carries cartons up to eleven metres in a footprint barely wider than the conveyor itself — chain-driven, guided on linear rails, with right-angle infeed and outfeed if the layout needs it.
The sequence
Ready position
The carriage waits at the infeed level with the platform conveyor empty.
Carton loading
Infeed transfers one or two cartons on; sensors verify presence and position.
Load verification
The PLC confirms carton count and that all cartons are inside the platform envelope.
Vertical transfer
The platform conveyor stops and the carriage travels to the discharge level.
Carton discharge
The platform conveyor restarts onto the outfeed; exit sensors confirm discharge.
Return cycle
The carriage returns to the infeed level and waits for the next cycle.
The detail
Typical for a standard build. Every machine is engineered to the product, pattern and layout of the line it serves.
